Yes, we do require renter’s insurance for your peace of mind. It’s a great way to protect your belongings, and we can provide information on how to get started if you need it!

Currently, all utilities are the resident's responsibility, so they’re not included in your rent. 

Setting up utilities is simple! For electricity, you’ll want to contact Consumers Energy at 1-800-477-5050.

You can use Xfinity for your internet and cable services.

Yes, each apartment home includes an in-unit washer and dryer for your convenience.

Yes, our community is pet-friendly! While there is no pet park on-site, we have plenty of outdoor space for you and your pets to enjoy.

Our community is unique due to its close proximity to downtown, providing easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment.

We are located in the Grand Rapids Public School District.

The nearest grocery store is Meijer, located 2.7 miles away.

Maintenance

Yes, we do! Our on-site maintenance team is here to help with any issues that may arise.

For non-emergency work orders, please use the resident portal or mobile app. You can also call the office during business hours. For emergencies, call the office number and select option '3' to reach emergency maintenance.

No, you do not need to be present for the service technician to complete the work.
